BETH LONGMORE

Beth is drawn towards fluidity and movement in her artistic practise. Expressive brushstrokes and lines capturing an essence or flux between emotions and body language are where her interest lies. She is especially fond of long figurative forms and often those of sighthounds, as captured in these earrings.

As a medium silver clay allows for a spontaneity with the facial expressions of these little dogs. Beth likes softening control and letting the clay act as a pliable canvas where a little character can emerge.
